Gebrüder Schaffrath GmbH has been a family-run company since its foundation in 1923. At the helm today are the great-grandchildren of Adam Schaffrath, the founder of a company that has lasted for 4 generations.

Top-of-the-range jewels and the trade in polished diamonds are the main areas in which the brand is developing, producing its precious stones in-house, emphasising factors such as uniqueness and high quality.

In 1960, the company was named as one of the first in Germany to work according to the DTC Sightholder, an authorisation issued by De Beers that allows raw diamonds to be bought directly.
